Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) are an agreement between Offshore Hosting (“us” or “our”) and you (“User” or “you” or “your” or “Customer”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the products and services made available by Offshore Hosting and of the offshore-hosting.co website (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Services. Offshore Hosting reserves the right to make changes to the provided Agreement as needed, without notice to our clients. Modification made to the terms does not constitute early contract termination or non-payment.

1. Additional Policies and Agreements

Use of the Services is also governed by the following policies, which are incorporated by reference. By using the Services, you also agree to the terms of the following policies:

  • Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA)

2. Applied Law

This Agreement is subject to the law of the Netherlands. The Service and any data you provide to Offshore Hosting are subject to the law of the Netherlands.

3. Privacy Guarantee

As an offshore hosting provider, we guarantee privacy and identity protection. We ensure that your personal data remains confidential and secure, providing you with the utmost privacy.

4. Pricing

The promotional price shown is for a 36-month term and will renew at the regular rate at the end of the introductory term. Below are the regular prices without the promotional discount:

  • Triennially: $467.64

Turbo Boost Plan

  • Monthly: $15.99
  • Annually: $191.88
  • Biennially: $383.76
  • Triennially: $575.64

Trend Ultra Pro Plan

  • Monthly: $19.99
  • Annually: $239.88
  • Biennially: $479.76
  • Triennially: $719.64

5. Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy specifies the restrictions applied to the service you are subscribing from Offshore Hosting.

Prohibited Content

The following content is not accepted on our servers:

  • Under Legal Age nudity or modeling
  • Illegal drugs and drug contraband
  • Weapons selling websites
  • Carding Websites
  • Phishing Websites
  • Malware, IP Spoofing, DDoSers, Booters, Stressers, Scanners, Botnets, Email Spam, or any type of network abuse

Content Considerations

  • Resources Overload: Overloading shared hosting, VPS, or cloud server services to the point it affects system performance or other customers’ businesses is prohibited.
  • Tor Network: TOR exit and relay nodes may be run only on dedicated servers with dedicated bandwidth service.
  • VPN Services: Accepted in VPS, Cloud Servers, and Dedicated Servers for private use.
  • IRC Services: Legal use of IRC is allowed. Malicious or illegal use is prohibited.
  • IP Spoofing: Blocked at network level.
  • Email Marketing: Cold Email, Bulk Email are not allowed on any service.
  • Video/Audio Streaming: Low demand video streaming is allowed on shared hosting. High demand video streaming requires a dedicated server.
  • Copyright related content and materials: DMCA is not a Dutch regulation. Immediate suspension or termination will not be executed upon receiving a DMCA complaint. Complaints will be forwarded to you for evaluation.
  • Online Casino and Betting Websites: Allowed as long as final users are outside of Dutch jurisdiction.
  • Financial Services and Investment Websites: Customers must have appropriate financial business licensing.
  • Freedom of speech: We respect freedom of speech as per Dutch laws. Content removal requires a competent Dutch court order.
  • File Hosting: Using shared hosting accounts as storage devices is not permitted. VPS, Cloud Servers, and Dedicated Servers are recommended for file hosting.
  • Use of unlicensed software: Customers are responsible for appropriate software licensing.

Actions in Case of Violation

Violations may result in suspension or termination of services without refund. Offshore Hosting reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or request specific content removal.

6. Suspensions and Termination

Any payment not received within four (4) days of the invoice due date may result in account suspension without notice. After fifteen (15) days, the account may be terminated, and all data will be deleted.

7. Cancellations

To terminate a service, you must cancel via the Billing Panel. Be sure to save copies of your data before cancellation as all data will be deleted upon account termination.

8. Scheduled Downtime

Scheduled downtime for network upgrades or equipment replacement will be notified in advance via email with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Downtime caused by scheduled upgrades will not be eligible for refund or credit.

9. Support Policy

We offer 24/7 technical support via our ticket system and live chat. Phone support is available Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM GMT. Response times vary depending on the nature of the support request.

10. Backups and Data Loss

We do not maintain backups. You are responsible for maintaining your own backup files.

11. Disclaimer

Offshore Hosting shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. The Services are provided “as is” and without any warranty.

12. No Other Warranty

The Services are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Offshore Hosting disclaims any and all express and/or implied warranties.
